Government Use of Information and Communication Technology – Information releases

Government organisations are implementing information communication technology (ICT) for benefits including increasing the efficiency of operations, ensuring service continuity and protecting information. Information about computer and Internet use, website features, and expenditure on ICT allows comparison with general business and changes over time.

When combined with information about business and household use of ICT, a comprehensive set of data is created about the use of ICT in New Zealand.
