Subannual indicator statistics are currently being converted to ANZSIC06 and will be published on the following dates:

14 December 2010 – Retail Trade Survey: October 2010 month
13 January 2011 – Electronic Card Transactions: December 2010 month
14 February 2011 – Retail Trade Survey: December 2010 quarter
7 March 2011 – Wholesale Trade Survey: December 2010 quarter
8 March 2011 – Economic Survey of Manufacturing: December 2010 quarter

Information papers explaining the ANZSIC06 changes and methods for calculating ANZSIC06 back-series will be available approximately two weeks before the first release of ANZSIC06-based statistics. The first of these, "Implementing ANZSIC 2006 in the Retail Trade Survey," was published in December 2010.

November 2011 –Implementing ANZSIC 2006 in national accounts and productivity statistics includes information about the new Infoshare structure; and information on methods used to convert historical time series data
25 March 2011 – Implementing ANZSIC 2006 in manufacturing, wholesale and selected other services provides additional detail on the use of a new industrial classification for Statistics New Zealand’s industry-based quarterly business surveys.
6 December 2010 – Implementing ANZSIC 2006 in the Retail Trade Survey provides additional detail on the use of a new industrial classification for an important Statistics New Zealand economic survey.
