Government Finance Statistics (Central Government)
An economic analysis of central government financial activity in New Zealand, based on concepts and principles developed by the International Monetary Fund.

Institutional Sector Accounts
The annual institutional sector accounts information release includes government sector account information as downloadable tables (see supplementary tables). We discontinued this release in 2011 and replaced it with National Accounts (Income and Expenditure).

National Accounts
The annual national accounts information release includes government sector account information as downloadable tables. From 2010, these tables are released with the institutional sector accounts. We discontinued this release in 2011 and replaced it with National Accounts (Industry Benchmarks).

Crown Accounts Analysis
No longer published, this release recorded the financial transactions of ministers of the Crown, government departments, and offices of Parliament..

Government Use of Information and Communication Technology
This one-off release looked at government computer and Internet use, website features, and expenditure on ICT.

Update of Statistics NZ’s project to extend coverage of government finance statistics to include central government. These statistics will be published annually in a new information release, Government Finance Statistics (Central Government), starting from mid-2013.
