Export prices show largest drop in over 50 years

Highlights

  • The merchandise terms of trade fell 3.0 percent.
  • Merchandise export prices fell 8.2 percent and import prices fell 5.4 percent.
  • The services terms of trade fell 2.3 percent.
  • Services export prices rose 0.5 percent and import prices rose 2.9 percent.
