In June 2009 compared with May 2009:
- Food prices rose 2.8 percent.
- Fruit and vegetable prices rose 15.0 percent
- Grocery food prices rose 1.1 percent.
- Meat, poultry and fish prices rose 2.1 percent.
- Non-alcoholic beverage prices rose 0.3 percent.
- Restaurant meals and ready-to-eat food prices rose 0.1 percent.
From June 2008 to June 2009:
- Food prices increased 8.4 percent.
